Download Mobile Operating System(OS) Which Must Include .Mcu, .Ppm, .Image Format Files...

Install Jaf Or Phoenix...

It Is Better To Use Jaf And For Jaf Just Follow Following Procedure

Go To And Create Folders

C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Product Or C:\Program

Files\Common File\Nokia\Phoenix\Product

Creat A Folder And Name It Depending On Your Rm

Version Of Your Phone

Eg: For 3500 As  RM-272

For 5130 As RM-495 On Product Folder

Copy Downloaded Files (.Mcu, .Ppm, .Image)To This Folder...

Run Jaf...

Change To BB5 Mode,

Uncheck  Normal Mode,

Check  In Dead USB, Manual Flash...

Make Phone Mode As OFFLINE...

Check  In Use INI

Wait For A While

A Pop Window Will Apper As Shown In Figure, Select Your Phone...

MCU,PPM,CNT Button Will Glow Automatically to Green(No Need To Select Seperately As Doing In Normal Flashing Method. If It Didn’t Glow All Button(Some Error Occured), If You Try To Select Seperately Dead Mode Flashing Will Not Perform Properly, It Shoud Glow Automatically.

Check In Run INI 

Click On Flash

Click Yes

Wait For A While A Window Will Apper As Shown In Figure

Put Your One Hand In Power Button Of  Your Phone

And Other In Mouse. Click Yes. 
Just After Click Yes(Within 1 Sec)Press Power Button Of  Your Phone Up To More Or Less 5 Sec...

Remove Hand From Power Button It Shown As Bellow...

Wait For 5 min...

When It Shows DONE,

Change Phone Mode To NORMAL...

Note: If Any Error Occurs Follow The Same Procedure...

Procedure For Install Downloaded OS

Install Jaf With Loader(Emulator)

Read Instruction Carefully...

Donforget to Exit PC Suit or Ovi Suite 

Run Jaf Loader(Emulator)

 Click GO

Wait For Few Seconds...

Click OK 

Then Change To BB5 Mode And Check The Boxes Are Shown Below Image...

Select MCU And It Ask for Downloaded MCU File Is Shown Below

And Select PPM, CNT(Image Files - It Usually Contains Default Soft Wares, Themes, Wallpapers Etc…)

After Selecting Files Click Flash Button The Appears Like Below

Click Yes

Wait For 5 Minutes

Warning: If Any Error Occure While Flashing Your Phone Will Become Dead (Called As Dead Phone), Retake From Dead Phone...

Download The Mobile OS

Download Nokia Mobile OS Using Navifirm

(NAVIFIRM Run Either In Vista Or Win7)

But If Use NET Frame Work 3.5 That will Work In XP Also

Follow The Steps Bellow

-> Run Navifirm

-> Select RM Version Of Your Phone

-> Select The Version You Want To Install

-> Select The Variant Which You Want

-> Select .mcw, .ppm & .image

-> Download All Files

2. To Change Icons
Download PPModd lite

3. To Edit Font and Sounds
Download PPModd

4. Flash Using JAF or Phoenix

5. Win Hex
